If you live in the European Union:.
SOL mercury uses the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) system. Therefore, there is no need to pay an additional fee to pick up your package.
*  VAT inclusive purchases: For all purchases below 150 EUR (excluding shipping and VAT), VAT will be calculated at the time of basket validation. The carrier will not charge you upon delivery.

 Attention. The prices shown on the product pages do not include taxes; VAT will be calculated according to the destination country when the basket is verified.

* Easier Importing: Taxes and customs fees are already paid at the time of purchase, so your package will clear customs faster.

* Purchases up to 150 EUR excluding shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated separately and are not included in the 150 EUR limit. These will be calculated at the time of basket validation.

Note: The IOSS system is reserved for purchases by individuals. Do not include your company name in the shipping or billing address. Otherwise, the package will be considered a commercial purchase by the shipping carrier and you will be required to pay customs duty.

When importing products from Japan, you will be required to pay the VAT applicable in your country of residence, as well as any customs duties imposed by the destination country.

Additionally, please be aware that private carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS always charge a handling fee (approximately 20 euros, depending on the country) in addition to customs duties.

These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of the package or within a few days after delivery. Please note that these fees are mandatory.
